Dr. Allison Kivisto DC, BHK
Dr. Kivisto is Movement Health’s chiropractor, acupuncture provider, and clinic owner. Her knowledge of injury management, assessment, treatment, and communication allows her to not only help improve your physical health, but also to make sure that you’re in the right hands when it comes to lifestyle modifications and health goals. Her main area of focus is musculoskeletal injuries (muscle and joint pain), with a focus on athletic rehabilitation.
As the founder and owner of Movement Health, Dr. Kivisto’s vision is to make it the go-to sports medicine clinic for both injury management and rehabilitation, as well as for stress management, mobility improvement, corporate wellness, case consultation, and sideline therapy.

Jenna Sauve, FST
Jenna is Movement Health’s Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST), strength trainer, and mobility specialist. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology has helped her to reduce pain and injury for her clients, and she is constantly looking for new ways to help treat and prevent injuries. Her techniques vary to meet each client’s specific goals and usually consist of a mix of fascial stretch therapy, trigger point release, muscle strengthening, and relaxation massage.
Jenna provides group and individualized mobility plans, and is always looking for fun ways to keep her clients accountable and consistent.

Victoria Rybaczuk, RMT
Vicky is one of Movement Health’s Registered Massage Therapists. Prior to completing her Massage & Hydrotherapy education, she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree and worked as a Registered Nurse for some time before she discovered her true calling. She is well-versed in complex health conditions, the inner-workings of the healthcare system, and the realm of acute care. Her background allows her to tune into potential root causes of pain, provide appropriate referrals, and think critically when developing individualized treatment plans.
She is driven to provide holistic client care with a focus on preventative health. She is trained in Swedish massage and offers treatments ranging between relaxation massage, deep tissue therapy and trigger point release, myofascial release, functional cupping therapy and seated Ashiatsu (barefoot) massage. She looks forward to continuing to expand her repertoire of skills and offer the best to her clients. Her goal is to provide clients with a safe space where they can both escape from the daily stresses of life and receive a tailored, productive treatment that will allow them to gain control over their pain.

Dr. Ryan Hawkins, DC
Dr. Hawkins has worked here in Windsor for 5 years at various clinics and we are excited to have him here at MH starting in March 2020. He is Titleist Performance Institute certified making him an expert in rotational sports and injury mechanism – think golf, tennis, baseball.

Dr. Colleen Poulakas
Dr. Colleen Poulakas obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. Prior to attending CMCC, Dr. Poulakas completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor and Bachelor of Education at Kings College University of London, England.
Dr. Poulakas is an evidence-based practitioner who offers a variety of treatment options including chiropractic manipulation/mobilization, neurofunctional acupuncture, soft tissue and instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, athletic taping and rehabilitative exercise programs. With a background in teaching, Dr. Poulakas is also dedicated to patient education in addition to hands-on therapy. Appointments will typically include time spent discussing lifestyle changes, diet & nutrition, ergonomics and stress management. Each treatment plan will be tailored based on your individual needs!
In her spare time, Dr. Poulakas enjoys running, swimming and cycling. You can often find her out walking her dog with her husband.
Dr. Poulakas believes that movement is medicine and is passionate about helping her patients of all ages and levels move to the best of their ability!

Kristen Cooper – Psychotherapist
Kristen is a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) who holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a BA in Psychology from the University of Windsor as well as BEd. from Nipissing University. Kristen is a strong advocate for mental health and constantly strives to remove the stigma surrounding mental illness. Her passion is supporting those going through difficult times and to continuously normalize that, at some point, we all struggle, and it takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek support.
Kristen is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as well as a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Dr. Vincenza Rotulo – Naturopath
Dr Vincenza Rotulo is a Naturopathic Doctor who recently brought her Downtown Toronto practice to her home town of Windsor, ON. Since graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. V has successfully helped hundreds of patients with a variety of health concerns from digestive and thyroid issues, mental wellness, fatigue, burnout, stress management, athletic performance and many of other ailments that have adversely affected our fast paced society. Whether your goal is to feel healthier on a day to day basis, or you’re an athlete looking to improve your performance, Dr. V’s experience in preventive medicine can set you on a path to a healthy happy life, the cornerstone of success.
More recently, she has treated numerous patients with fertility concerns, from conception through pregnancy and post-partum. In particular, supporting women considered to be of ‘advanced maternal age’. Her goal is to remove the stigma around this stage of motherhood and support a healthy mental outlook and physical well-being.
Dr. V uses several therapies including acupuncture, botanical medicine, diet modification, nutritional supplementation and most frequently, intravenous (IV) therapy to support the body’s natural healing process and help patients feel their best. She is licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a member of the Ontario as well as Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Dr. V accepts in-person visits in Windsor and provides virtual care for any resident of Ontario.
